Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing FirstBuzzer's websites, apps, APIs, or data feeds (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you accept on its behalf.

2. The Services

FirstBuzzer provides real-time and historical sports-event data collected from independent in-venue reporters and verified by consensus. Data is provided on an "as is, as available" basis. We do not guarantee that any individual event is error-free; confidence metadata accompanies each event.

3. Spotters

Spotters are independent participants who report events and may receive payouts. Eligibility requires verified presence at the venue and acceptance of the spotter terms. Fraudulent reporting results in forfeiture and removal.

4. Data licensing & acceptable use

Commercial access is licensed, not sold. You may not resell or redistribute the feed except as your plan permits. You are responsible for your use of the data, including compliance with applicable gaming and data regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Payments

Subscriptions and metered usage are billed via Stripe. Spotter payouts are processed via Stripe Connect, subject to identity verification.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstBuzzer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services or reliance on the data.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
