Who we are
FirstBuzzer operates a real-time and historical sports-data platform and a spotter marketplace.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email, and authentication details.
- Spotter data — device, location at report time (for geofencing), proof-of-attendance media, and reporting history.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe; we don't store full card or bank details.
- Usage data — API usage, logs, and diagnostics.
How we use it
To operate the Services, verify presence at venues, run consensus and anti-fraud, process payments and payouts, and improve the product. Location and proof media are used only for verification and retained for a limited period.
Sharing
We share data with processors (e.g. Stripe, infrastructure providers) under contract. We do not sell personal data. Event data we distribute to subscribers is about games, not about individuals.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Retention & security
We retain data only as long as needed and apply least-privilege access. Proof-of-attendance media has a short retention window.
